One of my major goals for 2017 was my health. Er, the getting-in-check-of my health, rather. In that quest, as a total novice at healthy products and foods and meal replacement and ALL of the rest, here are a few things I’ve “discovered” and love. Hopefully these GOOD EATS will make your health journey that much more enjoyable.
My sister and I always used to chant the mantra, “if you’re not drinking it, you’re retaining it”. Drinking water can be hard. Between water-tummy aches and the water-chills and all… that… pee, what is a girl to do??
I am not a “guru”. Not a life coach, personal trainer, motivational speaker, or even a “fit” person. I’m average. I’m not entirely overweight and I’m not too skinny. I’ve got muscles but no abs. I’m regular. Keeping all that in mind, it’s pretty clear my post won’t be expert by any means. I’m just here to share some revelations I’ve had that helped me, a very average girl, find motivation and modest success.
